Speakers
When your group needs some more ideas, invite a speaker for inspiration, new challenges and general encouragement. Scour local sources. Many local people with a good deal of knowledge would never consider speaking but may well agree to being interviewed and sharing their stories. Some organisations have networks of speakers, generally in support of that particular organisation.
An alternative if a 'real' speaker is not available, is to listen to a 'virtual' speaker using a DVD, preferably encouraging discussion to follow.
